Select the layer you wish to colourize.<br />2. In the menu bar at the top of the screen choose Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation (or use the shortcut Ctrl+U).<br />3. In the Hue/Saturation screen check the 'Colorize' box.<br />4.
