Fairy Wren

This gorgeous little fairy wren is building a nest with a little help from our doormat.

The photo was taken behind a glass door, as it is almost impossible to get up close before they fly away.

In My Garden - Rainbow Lorikeets

This pair of Rainbow Lorikeets were sitting in a tree in our front yard. We get many of these vibrant coloured birds visiting our gardens to feed on the blossoms.
